- Un-assisted acquisition (24/7 access to Fortessa Analyzer, and Analysis Stations for independent users)

- Staff-assisted flow acquisition and data analysis; Cytometric Beads Assay, etc.
- Project troubleshooting, data interpretation, deep analysis and customized support;
- Software support, Flowjo, Diva, etc.
- Staff-operated Cell Sorting (Monday-Friday, by appointment through facility director)
