Thank you for participating in our 2025 COR²E survey.  Below is a list of facility-specific links that will lead you to a customized survey for each COR²E facility.  The goal of these surveys is to solicit valuable feedback from UConn and UConn Health faculty who have utilized COR²E facilities in recent years.  In addition, we have added a special interest survey designed to gauge faculty interest in establishing a UConn & UConn Health Clinical and Translational Science Institute.  If your research goals include establishing future clinical trials at a UConn research campus, please complete this survey as well.

Each short survey is intended to only take a few minutes to complete.  We request that you thoughtfully consider answers to all questions in order to generate constructive feedback that will help inform future COR²E policy decisions plus technology and service implementation across our facilities.

We genuinely appreciate your time contributions in support of COR²E and look forward to receiving your valuable responses.
